Thanks for your work, there are some very useful icons in this pack which can't be found elsewhere. Only thing I would change is to add a little offset to the top to every icon. The builtin tiles also have this so the text can be read better at the bottom of the tile and next to each other you can immediately see the difference.
Apart from that good job.

can you add/or make alternatives to these these very popular pls:
Nvidia Control Panel ( you little hater , you add only cATLYST

) )
Bit Torrent
Winzip
Winrar could be remade since it doesnt look like the actual icon at all
Nero burning ( an alternative to that colosseum burning would be that simple flame only)
CorelDraw icon based on this green ballon and pencil [link]

Can you pls add some of the profesional software icons out there :

Sony Vegas ( if you could do something different that that generic lens, it looks the new version PRO 12 has a more decent icon [link]
Cyberlink PowerDvd,
Autodesk 3d
and the new outstanding software from Mirillis ( the hd video player Splash and the hd screen and game recorder Action).For the action you could make an icon based on the company logo -that nice flower [link] since the default one is a red generic bulin common to any recorder
Roxio creator ( based on the company logo big "R" on that red or orange background)
Office general logo and Office apps for 2013 edition
